Delete your app from the Google Play Store. You can do this using three different methods: edit home screen, share, or force close. Once you have done this, you’ll no longer have to worry about the app being on your phone. Delete your app by choosing the method that best suits your needs. The process is not difficult and is usually completed within a couple of minutes. To delete the app permanently, you must follow these steps.
Go to the Google Play account that you use to download apps and then click on the apps you’d like to delete. You can even delete multiple apps by long-pressing the app. After you’ve done this, you can tap the delete icon to permanently remove the app from your device. This will remove the app from your Google Play account and the Google Play store. This process is not required for every app.
Unpublishing your app is easy and straight-forward. While it won’t remove your app from the Google Play store, it will prevent users from installing it. Currently active users can continue using the app, and you can even receive updates until you decide to republish it. If you’ve made the decision to unpublish your app, you should ensure that it is no longer based on managed publishing, otherwise you won’t have any way to remove it from your Play store.
